Refund policy


Return & Refund

    1 - Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    2 - Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    3 - For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size, colour preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

    4 - Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    5 - Returns must be requested via email before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    6 - We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

    7 - If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@anatta.ca within 3 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.


    Exchange Policy

    1 - Canada & International Customers

    * Please email us first and let us know the size you’d like to exchange for.

    * Return the item(s) to us at your own shipping cost.

    • Once we receive your return, we will ship out the replacement within 3 business days.

     

    2 - U.S. Customers (Temporary Policy effective September 22, 2025)

    * Due to the elimination of the U.S. de minimis exemption for small parcels and new carrier restrictions, we are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.

    * If you would like to exchange item(s), we kindly ask that you place a new order.

    * We will provide you with a free shipping code for your new order (duties for the new order will still apply).

    * Follow our return instructions to send back the original order to our carrier’s U.S. transit center; shipping costs and duties from the original order are non-refundable.

     

    Missing and Lost Parcel

    • If you received a “Delivered” status, but believe it has not been delivered, the best way is to follow up with the local post office for further information.
    • Moreover, please contact us within 5 business days from the date showing ”Delivered ”, and we will help you contact the courier agency for finding the parcel.
    •  If 5 business days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

     

    Order Cancellation

    • Order cancellation is only possible before your order has been shipped and you received a shipping confirmation by email. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s).
