This dark grey jacket is crafted from heavyweight virgin cotton denim, woven on low-tension Japanese vintage looms and reactive-dyed for lasting depth of color. Intentionally left under-refined, the fabric retains its natural fine surface fibers and subtle irregularities, echoing the rugged, structured character of 19th-century workwear denim. With wear, creases and friction gradually shape the fabric, allowing each jacket to develop its own character over time.

Fenikkusu draws inspiration from the symbolism of the phoenix, a figure associated with balance, virtue, integrity, trust, and compassion. The oversized back artwork is rendered in high-density embroidery, built from hundreds of thousands of stitches to create depth and texture.

A design that time continues to complete.
